The Holidays are here. Families and friends are gathering from far and near. The smell of turkey and ham along with homemade rolls, sweet potato pies and pound cakes will fill the air. How will you keep from over doing it?   If you're worried about what the holidays will do to your weight loss progress, check out these healthy holiday diet tips:


 *Pace yourself

*Always start your day with breakfast

*Eat small portions throughout the day so you don't splurge on dinner

Use a smaller plate other than the dinner plate

 Limit yourself to one dessert

 Be sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day!

  *Try to eat foods high in fiber
