Mountain Climber-hands and feet on the floor in running position running in place


Incline Dumbbell Bench Press


Dumbell Fly


With weights in hands lift both arms and bring them into the chest













Incline Pushup
With your hands on the floor and feet propped up on the bench push up from floor
at arms length

Lunge
Squat with one leg going forward and the other leg in opposite direction with knee almost touching the ground





Standing Barbell Press


Beginning with barbell at waist lift barbell to chest area




Seated Barbell Press
Sitting in an upright position lift barbell and bring weights to chest area. Retrurn barbell to brace.
